1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from theforbiddenseven.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or make a purchase.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KOB LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating The Forbidden Seven.

2. Products and Services

The Inner Sanctum Membership

Entry price: $17.00 USD

The $17.00 entry price provides:

• Immediate access to The Forbidden Seven Codex and Audio Archive at a discounted price, available exclusively when starting a free Inner Sanctum trial
• 14-day free trial of The Inner Sanctum beginning on the date of purchase
• Automatic renewal at $28.00/month from day 15 unless cancelled before day 14

The Codex and Audio Archive are yours permanently regardless of whether you continue the membership after the trial.

The Ebook Only option (The Archive) is available at full price: $67.00 USD with no subscription attached.

3. Billing and Subscription Terms

Initial Charge: $17.00 USD on the date of purchase.

Free Trial Period: 14 days from the date of purchase. During this period, you have full access to all Inner Sanctum membership benefits at no additional charge.

Recurring Billing: Beginning on day 15, your payment method will be charged $28.00 USD automatically each month on the same date as your initial charge. This continues until you cancel.

Failed Payments: If your payment fails, we will attempt to retry your payment. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your membership will be suspended or cancelled.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase to active subscribers via email.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Inner Sanctum membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel before your renewal date.

How to cancel:

• Log in to your account at theforbiddenseven.com/account and cancel from your membership settings
• Email us at support@theforbiddenseven.com with your cancellation request

Cancellations are processed within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email. Upon cancellation, your membership access continues until the end of your current paid billing period.

Cancellation of the free trial: If you cancel before day 14 of your free trial, you will not be charged the recurring $28.00/month fee. Your $17.00 one-time purchase is non-refundable but you retain lifetime access to The Forbidden Seven Codex and Audio Archive.

5. Refund Policy

One-Time Purchases — The Archive ($67.00): Due to the immediate digital nature of the product, all one-time purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been delivered.

Inner Sanctum Membership:

• If you are charged the $28.00/month recurring fee and cancel within 7 days of that specific charge, you may request a full refund of that charge by contacting support@theforbiddenseven.com
• Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after a charge are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse (multiple purchases and refunds)

Exceptions: If there is a technical error on our part that prevents you from accessing your purchased content, we will resolve the issue or provide a full refund regardless of timing.

To request a refund, email support@theforbiddenseven.com with your order details.

6. Digital Product Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment:

• Download links and access credentials are sent to the email address provided at checkout
• Access is typically available within minutes of purchase
• If you do not receive your access within 1 hour, contact support@theforbiddenseven.com

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in our products — including but not limited to text, images, audio, design, and compilations — is owned by or licensed to KOB LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission
• Resell or share your access credentials with others
• Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Reverse engineer or extract content for use outside the intended product

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the purchased content for your own personal use only.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
• Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to terminate your access for violation of these Terms without refund.

9. Disclaimers

No Professional Advice: The content provided through The Forbidden Seven is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, or spiritual advice. You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided.

No Guarantees: We make no representations or warranties that the content will produce any specific result in your life. Individual results vary. Testimonials shown are genuine but are not representative of typical outcomes.

As-Is: The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOB LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KOB LLC, its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Wyoming. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers and by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KOB LLC regarding your use of the Site and purchase of our products.
