We stand behind our products. This policy explains exactly what is and is not refundable, and how to request a refund.

One-Time Purchase — The Forbidden Seven Codex ($67)

The Forbidden Seven Codex is a digital product. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the complete ebook and audio archive.

Due to the immediate digital delivery of this product, all one-time purchases are final.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact us at support@theforbiddenseven.com and we will resolve it promptly or issue a full refund.

Inner Sanctum Membership ($17 today, then $28/month)

Your $17 initial payment covers lifetime access to The Forbidden Seven Codex and Audio Archive. This payment is non-refundable. You keep the ebook and audiobook regardless of whether you continue your membership.

Your 14-day free trial — If you cancel before day 14, you will not be charged the $28/month recurring fee. No action required other than cancelling before the renewal date.

Recurring monthly charges ($28/month) — If you have been charged a monthly renewal fee and wish to request a refund:

• Requests submitted within 7 days of the charge will be honored in full
• Requests submitted after 7 days are evaluated case by case — we are fair but cannot guarantee a refund
• We reserve the right to decline requests that show a pattern of repeated purchases and refund requests

How to Request a Refund

Email support@theforbiddenseven.com with:

• Your name and email address used at purchase
• Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
• The reason for your refund request

We respond to all refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve legitimate disputes quickly and without the need for bank intervention.

Fraudulent chargebacks on products that were delivered as described will be disputed with supporting evidence.
